Adrian is Client Services Director at Firestarter, with overall responsibility for ensuring that all client projects are managed effectively and that we consistently maintain our high-quality standards of service. When not directing client projects of his own, Adrian spends a lot of his time focusing on account planning, customer satisfaction, training & development and embedding the Firestarter values within our operational teams. Adrian is also a qualified rugby coach and referee and spends a lot of his spare time coaching the youth squads at his local rugby club in Gloucestershire.

Chris is a qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience of finance related activities including advising at board / trustee level and financial directorship. He is experienced in virtually all aspects of finance and accounting management, including financial reporting, budgeting, modelling and analysis, business planning, international finance operations and process improvement. As Group Finance Director, Chris brings a pragmatic and questioning style to the Firestarter team.

Right from the earliest gem of an idea in the year 2000 (and well ahead of the company’s inception in 2012), Chris has continued to lead the development of the Firestarter team, business and operating model. Specialising in sales excellence, organisational design and significant change management programmes, Chris is passionate about giving every individual and organisation the best possible chance of success. Away from Firestarter Chris is well known for blowing his own trumpet, in the truest sense of the expression.

Daniella joined the Firestarter team at the beginning of 2023, after graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Studies with Marketing, she worked in a café which brought to light her enjoyment for sales and customer relationships. Daniella’s core responsibilities involve working on a range of sales initiatives across the client base and for Firestarter too. Outside of work, Daniella enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants.

Jack is our Marketing Manager, focused on key Firestarter initiatives but also working across our client base wherever there is need for his expertise in traditional and digital marketing, communications, and data analytics. Jack has worked in marketing focused roles since his graduation from Durham University in 2011 and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. A keen adventure sports enthusiast, when Jack is not at his desk you’ll most likely find him amongst the mountains, forests and lakes of North Wales.

John is our Regional Director for Scotland, bringing over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development. John has worked with a wide range of businesses from small family businesses to large international corporates in a variety of business sectors in the UK and abroad and is driven by helping others succeed in reaching either their business or personal goals. Outside of work, John volunteers supporting his local community, and enjoys exploring the beautiful scenery of the West of Scotland as well as the fine dining and entertainment of big city Glasgow with his family.

Jordan is a key member of the marketing team at Firestarter, with significant experience in digital marketing, SEO and social media. He is a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire and has developed his commercial marketing skills within digital marketing agencies. When he’s not developing marketing content, managing social media platforms, running email campaigns and supporting our clients with their marketing requirements, you’ll find Jordan playing football for various local teams or collecting (and listening to) rare vinyl records.

Matt is one of the founder members of the Firestarter team and is ultimately responsible for all things product and marketing, both for Firestarter and within our client projects. You’ll often hear Matt talking about things like core propositions, product and pricing strategies, routes to market, target audiences, segmentation and communications to support our key sales improvement goals. When not running our marketing team and network of specialist partners, Matt enjoys spending time with his young family, coaching his son’s local rugby team and skiing in the Alps whenever he gets the opportunity.

Peter is one of our Business Development Executive’s here at Firestarter. After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Business Management, Peter worked as a Junior Account Manager which ignited his enthusiasm for sales and cultivating lasting client and colleague relationships. At Firestarter, Peter plays a vital role in executing diverse sales initiatives, both for the client base and internally. Beyond work, he actively pursues his passion for staying fit through swimming, cycling, and challenging himself at the gym.

Rebecca is a valuable and versatile member of the Firestarter team, working as a Key Account Manager, but also focusing on important Business Development activities across our client base. She has over 20 years’ experience of Key Account Management and successful selling within both the public and private sector, and enjoys the variety and challenges that come with it. Outside of the office, she loves gathering with friends, cooking, travelling and exercise.
